The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 states that all Personal Licence Holders will need to hold an accredited qualification before reapplying for their
licence in 2008.

The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 comes into force on September 1, 2009.  All staff must have received training before this deadline.
